
Module 1 – The right to be and to be yourself
You develop the right to think logically and feel emotions. This module shapes your relationship to life, your sense of vitality, your ability to recognise your own emotions and perceive the feelings of others.
Module 2 – The right and ability to recognise and live your own inner drive
You learn what really makes you who you are. You develop a sense of balance in your relationship with yourself and others. You strengthen your ability to treat your original relationships with respect – without shame or judgement. You learn to choose yourself and to say no clearly when necessary.
Module 3 – The ability to engage in communication and shape it consciously
You will learn to distinguish between genuine interest and impulsive behaviour. You will develop perseverance instead of just starting things and then dropping them. You will strengthen your ability to achieve results and regulate devaluing thoughts.
Module 4 – Inner strength and self-empowerment
You develop the right to use your own strength and apply it responsibly in society. You work on excessive controlling behaviour and feelings of guilt. You learn to set boundaries, claim ownership, let go of control and accept help.
Module 5 – The right to feel and to please
You develop a sense of security in expressing your own attractiveness. You learn to get in touch with your sexuality, find balance between your heart and your physicality, and see relationships clearly without illusions.
Module 6 – The right to your own opinion
You strengthen your ability to develop your own attitude, express it clearly and remain open to other points of view. You will learn to represent your opinion confidently – and to change it when new information comes to light, without betraying your values.
Module 7 – Positioning and competitiveness
You will develop the inner confidence to hold your own in competition and accept success. You will learn to maintain a balance between social belonging and preserving your individuality.
