Teaching the ability to visually ‘read’ clients based on their body structure

Finding the right direction for the request and its causes in early life, even if the person does not remember their childhood.

6 modules – 6 months
Module – 2 days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Berlin

Module 1

  • Matrix of the body-oriented cabinet
  • Aspects and connections between psychological phenomena and character structures.
  • Necessary prerequisites for the work
  • Self-esteem as an additional function
  • Developing an understanding of ‘what the muscles are saying’
  • Basic formula for formulating therapeutic messages
  • Examining the self-esteem of the muscles and their psychological content in different character structures.

Module 2

  • Necessary prerequisites for working with shock injuries
  • Principles for preparing to begin work
  • Ego function boundaries: subfunctions, content of the muscles and the psyche
  • Ego function grounding: subfunctions, muscles and psyche
  • Centring the ego function: subfunctions, muscle and psyche content
  • The ability to read muscles through one's own body
  • Exercise to determine the request via the hips

Module 3

  • Financing (vital) traumatic resolution in shock trauma
  • Support in the search
  • Ego function of function control: subfunctions, muscle and psyche content.
  • Ego function Gender-specific abilities: subfunctions, muscles and psyche content.
  • Determining the request via a muscle (or muscle group)
  • Determining the sounding muscle (or sounding muscle group) in the request
  • Determining the solution through body listening

Module 4

  • Levels of shock injury development
  • Principles for determining the sequence of the ‘escape from injury’
  • Sequence of the release of traumatic experiences
  • Signs that the process is complete
  • Ego function self-affirmation: subfunctions, muscles and psychological content
  • Ego function connectedness: subfunctions, muscle and psychological content
  • Exercises for forming therapeutic messages

Module 5

  • Completion of the shock therapy processes
  • Algorithms for working with ego functions and character structures
  • ‘Blind’ training performances
  • Patterns of interpersonal communication: subfunctions, muscles and psychological content
  • Positioning: subfunctions, muscle and psychological content
  • Practice – with clients
  • Discussion and recommendations

Module 6

  • Algorithms for working with ego functions and character structures
  • Transference and countertransference in work (how they are read by people and how to deal with them)
  • Table ‘Speech guide from body to head’ and vice versa
  • Ego function Cognitive abilities: subfunctions, muscles and psychological content.
  • Ego function Social balances: subfunctions, muscles and psychological content

Practice with clients

  • The ability to work with clients online using a body-oriented approach
  • All exercises are adapted for independent practice
  • The ability to release tension and pain in the muscles without touching or even seeing the body
  • The ability to understand the client on all levels (emotional, mental, spiritual, based on the client's language patterns or appearance)
  • The ability to visually identify the issues that concern clients.

Provide an effective tool for working with client inquiries in the field of trauma and shock injury development using a body-oriented approach.

  • Demonstrate the basics of formulating conservative protective messages in response to the interpretation of physical manifestations.
  • Explain at which level (and in which muscle) traumatic material is located and how to deal with it in order to tap into new resource strategies.
